What was your goal when you originally signed up?

After taking a break from CrossFit for about two years I knew that I missed the community aspect and wanted that to be part of my life again. My goals have definitely shifted since I started CrossFit in 2012 but the end result that always brings me back is how strong that community really is.

How did you originally hear about us?

When I got the word that I would be relocating to Savannah one of the first things that I did was google “CrossFit gyms in the area”. After skimming through the first few choices it was clear that SteadFast was the perfect fit!

What prompted you to seek us out?

As stated before, I knew that something was missing in my life with being away from CrossFit for a while. My goal when I first entered the doors was to become involved in their community that was built on the foundation of Brian and Sabrina. I also hoped that eventually I could work my way onto the coaches staff to give back to the community that has given me so much.

How do you feel about your future?

The word “future” can be daunting at times. I’ve learned over the years that your life is what you make of it. I feel that our purpose here is to give back in any way that we can. On that journey we form relationships and experiences that will pave the way for our future self. So don’t worry, just enjoy the ride!

What have you liked best about working with us?

I love the acceptance that everyone has at SteadFast. Whether you have a body full of tattoos, show up in a suit and tie, or speak a different language there is always a welcoming feeling when you walk through those doors!

What would you say to anyone else who might be interested in starting at SteadFast?

Do it! CrossFit is more than just a way to get in shape. It’s a chance to make friendships and enjoy the journey of leading a healthier life. Nothing is expected of you except an open mind and a willingness to learn. We are all on this road together so why not share in the experience with the great members and coaches at Steadfast!
