What was your goal when you originally signed up?
My goal was to get a little fitter in order to become a better derby player.
How did you originally hear about us?
Eeinee meanie said she was going to approach some outside gyms for cross training and who would be interested? She set up a class with you guys for us to come and try it and the rest is history.
What prompted you to seek us out?
Adding something to my training to make me a more agile stronger player.
How do you feel about your future?
I’m feeling very positive about my future, I’ve learned so much about my body since joining SteadFast and how to feed it. Being a member of a regular gym you just don’t get the information I have received here from the coaches and other members, I feel that this year I can go into making all the right decisions with what I’ve learned.
What have you liked best about working with us?
The information you receive and the ability to scale all movements are invaluable, gyms can be very intimidating but with the help of the coaches and other members it’s a home away from home. You can only thrive in that kind of environment.
What would you say to anyone else who might be interested in starting at SteadFast?
Do it! Only good things happen, after breaking my leg I’m convinced I wouldn’t be walking as well as I am and doing all the things that I do without SteadFast in my life.
