What’s was your goal when you originally signed up?

My goals were loose ideas when I first started; to get stronger and lose some body fat. Setting solid numbers or concrete goals at the beginning made it seem overwhelming. I also wasn’t confident in myself and my abilities at the time (both things happened, of course!)

How did you originally hear about us?

Googled CrossFit gyms in Savannah when we first moved here since I didn’t know anyone or any gyms. I did CrossFit until I had my daughter and wanted to get back in (eventually).

What prompted you to seek us out?

My husband gifted me my membership for my birthday last January, so I didn’t really have a choice. However, since I had browsed around on my own before that SteadFast was my first choice…he didn’t know. Your website made the gym seem friendlier and less uptight, which is definitely my style. I’m a graphic designer so weird things like that influence my decisions haha.

How do you feel about your future?

I feel confident that I will continue to get stronger and surprise myself with my abilities. So far I’ve gone above and beyond what I thought I could do, and I’m excited for more.

What have you liked the best about working with us?

My favorite part about SteadFast is the people. Coaches and members both make it way easier to show up every day and work hard, especially on days when I’d rather not. We moved here in 2017 and I can say with certainty that I wouldn’t have made as many good friends in Savannah without SteadFast.

What would you say to anyone who might be interested in starting at SteadFast?

I’d tell them that not every CrossFit gym is the same, and at ours we’re family and having that makes all the difference. Also that you don’t need to be fit to start CrossFit, just committed.
