What was your goal when you originally signed up?

It was my dad and my brother that originally got me interested in CrossFit. Being a territory Sales and Marketing Manager, my lifestyle had grown sedentary. I travel which causes me to eat out a lot and when not traveling, I sit at a desk staring at a computer screen. My goal was to get into shape and hold myself to a level of accountability.

How did you originally hear about us?

Word of mouth. I went in for my first WOD, and Sabrina was coaching. It was the best class I had ever attended.

What prompted you to seek us out?

I wanted to continue my CrossFit training with a gym that not only welcomed all types of athletes but also hold me accountable to my goals and coach me to a better lifestyle.

How do you feel about your future?

I am more self-confident in myself and I feel that CrossFit makes me a better father, husband, co-worker and well-rounded person. No matter how bad my day can get, I know that it’s never as bad as a Nedab Programmed workout! I continue to go to not only reach my own goals but to lift up others that just started or starting their fitness journey.

What have you liked best about working with us?

The Coaching. Not only is stress functional fitness a focus but mobility is the reason why I am able to continue such a rigorous program to this day.

What would you say to anyone else who might be interested in starting at SteadFast?

You have to make the commitment because it is a long journey. You have to set both short-term and long-term goals because you need a true measurement of your progress but nothing that will kill your confidence. Get involved in the community because it is a support system of friends you will value for years to come.
